Our Fabric
SOALON™ Triacetate
Soalon™ Triacetate is a remarkable fibre which can only be produced by Mitsubishi Japan and has quickly gained popularity among consumers. Like acetate, it is a man-made material widely used in the textile industry, known for its silk-like quality. Triacetate is derived from triacetylcellulose, which is dissolved in a mixture of methylene chloride and alcohol.
The raw materials used in its production come from natural sources like cotton or wood waste. Triacetate fibres are spun using a dry method in machines similar to those used for carbon fibre spinning. This unique process results in a fabric prized for its durability, smooth texture, and luxurious feel.
We widely use SOALON™ Triacetate in our design
